Full-Time | Spokane, WA (Remote), Seattle, WA (Remote), Post Falls, ID (Remote), Tacoma, WA (Remote)
Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 base salary + Commission (OTE $150K+)

The Role
We are seeking a driven Loan Officer with experience in lending, finance, or sales to join our team. This role is all about originating private loans—you’ll be working directly with real estate investors to structure deals, guide them through underwriting, and close transactions quickly.
Unlike conventional mortgage roles, you’ll be helping investors scale their businesses by funding flips, rentals, and ground-up construction.
What You’ll Do
- Originate and close hard money, DSCR, and construction loans for real estate investors.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and referral partners.
- Manage the loan process from initial application through funding.
- Negotiate terms within company guidelines while delivering exceptional client experience.
- Track pipeline activity in CRM and hit monthly production targets.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and lending guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in loan origination, private lending, or B2B financial sales.
- Strong network in real estate investing, mortgage, or financial services preferred.
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline and hit production goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re hungry, competitive, and solution-oriented.
- Knowledge of real estate investing (fix & flip, BRRRR, rentals) is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000–$85,000 (based on experience).
- Commission: Competitive per-loan structure (OTE $120K+).
